things is gonna get tough when chinese new year hits. there's a lot of dinner that i need to attend and darn, those glorious food is just so tempting. After Tuesday's Lou Sang dinner, missed out day to stretch his body further, had a rest and hang loose, but definitely shutting down what goes in to my mouth.
Woke up this morning at 80kg again. i've been skipping rice for almost 2 weeks now. Possible that i am building on the muscle. Tried the 60 sec intensive session, i only last 30 sec. Gosh, stamina is pretty low in that.
i won't feel let down by that but to push and slowly build up the stamina to really finish the 4 sets of 60 sec, 30 sec, 15 sec sets that are in the run down of the job routine. time to pick up the slack that i have put aside long long time ago and really build a healthy lifestyle.
