marriage? is it a shame or one of the happiest thing that had happen to someone. Well a fren of mine was discussion this matter to me regarding the sharing portion of life, even onto the deepest trench, which even marriage news is kept secret, no frens knows about it, until the news spreads off by the bride's frens. Worst case scenarios is to hear it off someone far in relation to that fren, where that fren is a direct fren relationship, which is a housemate before this. so i guess it's pretty hurtful when that housemate found out that his exhousemate was married and he was last to know, he/she, i'm not sure, but still, either side is possible. so i guess friendship take a century to built but an incident to break.
a mistery of how humans brain work. therefore i shall put this under this development research dept of mine. which i call Area51. hehehe...stay tune for more findings....

ah well...
continue ur research. make sure u let me know when u r getting married, k?
ehehhehe...
why the 51? why not 52 or 53? hehe
oh well, i think it's not so much as a SHAME or what, but it really depends on one's personality.
for my case, when i got married, i didn't inform ALL of my friends, like those high school frens, ex housemate, ex-colleague that i close with and etc etc
AND i also hope they will never find out i got married. ha ha ha because, for me, marriage is smtg i would love to share with people i close to and there is really no point to invite 1000 people to ur wedding.
and you know what these ppl will feel when they find out you never invite them?
"WAH WHY YOU NEVER INVITE ME WAN, NO GIVE FACE"
SUCH A PAIN IN THE ASS, really.
when people don invite u, sendiri know la, somemore wanna make sendiri no face..:S
ish~
well i guess those not so related/not so close ppl won't really mind, but how bout those that were really close to you once, but you didn't invite them, rather letting them finding out later, well i guess like you, it won't be bother of what they feel, but guess there's 1 million and 1 different ppl having different view of the situation.
51 is just for fun..lmao.was at work, so the label is a little lame...kekekekeke
cannot please everyone wan le...
well, i guess it's our choice of who to please right. :)
hehe
I think not inviting some frens to wedding and keep it like super secret is totally different story.
I think ppl can understand if you can't invite everyone to the wedding but not not letting them know.
Btw, sharing a happy thing to other ppl is not a BIG DEAL. Some people dun even care that you get married. And it's just politically polite to ask why you didn't invited them. Don't flatter urself over such words, mayb u are not as important as you thought.
agree with anonymous: some people dun even care that you get married.
...and this: and it's just politically polite to ask why you didn't invited them.
*thumbs up*
if got invited, then go lor. if not, why bother. no big deal one.
can't please everyone geh...
but u gotta plan properly laa...
*gamba*
it's politically polite meh to ask why you didn't invited them?
i thought saying 'congratulation' should be the polite thing to do lorrr
and also, politically polite is only when they ask with the right tone lorrr
weird lorrr
